Home Again

                                                                    Home Again
                                                                   6" X 12' Pastel
This painting turned out so lovely.  It just flew out of me in such a short time it amazed me. It is a welcoming piece so I named it "Home Again". This painting  will also be going to the show in a couple of days. The companion painting is below.

"To the Barn"
6" X 12" Pastel
I painted this the same day but I struggled a little more with this one.  I think it turned out well though. I can't get enough of pastels. I also love the format and I think I will try doing more.

White Hollyhocks

                                                                 White Hollyhocks
                                                         10" X 20" Oil on cradle board

I love white Hollyhocks. In fact I love white flowers in general. The Beehive House in S.L.C, Utah has the most beautiful white, pink and almost burgundy hollyhocks. It is a never ending source for old fashioned flowers. It is defiantly worth seeing in the summer and early fall.

Forever Friends

"Forever Friends"
12" X 12"  watercolor on 300# Paper
Terry Moss

I took this Original watercolor painting and revamped it. It is now ready to sell at my art show coming up. This brought back lots of memories of a trip I took to Bath, England with my Mom, Sister and a few of my cousins. I followed these ladies around trying to get their picture. I loved the white hair. I wish I would have gotten their names so I could have sent them a copy of this painting

Wellsvile Canal

Wellsville Canal  9" X 12" oil on canvas board

This is another one of the landscapes that will  be included in the art show next week. Just finishing up the details. More on the show later.  Let me know what you think.

                                                               by Terry Moss

These colorful mixture of  chickens are finished. Ready to be sold at a gallery shop in Montana. I will be spending the next few weeks there to be with family and friends.

                                                              Chicken Study 5X7
oil on canvas board by Terry  Moss

I needed to paint some chickens so this is my first attempt at  the subject. It was fun to just mess round a little and to try a few bolder strokes. Ready to start the final painting. I will post it tomorrow.

                                                            Reflection on Upper Stillwater
                                                               8X10  oil on canvas board
                                                                   by Terry Moss

This is a revised version of the original. I worked on the water a little more. I think this will do.
